The AJPW Triple Crown changed hands at the AJPW Deadlock Tour, as “Big” John Tenta became the new champion, ending the reign of Stan “The Lariat” Hansen after ten title defences. 5 Star match! It’s rare that we see a genuine “five star” match, but last night certainly delivered in a big way when Kenta Kobashi defeated Mitsuharu Misawa at the AJPW Deadlock Tour. The must-see match is bound to feature heavily in the voting for Match Of The Year.

It is rumoured that he will debut as “Borne Again” a character that is having a mental breakdown after his time in the WWF as a clown and not getting taken seriously in ECW. He will became ‘Borne Again” a wrestler suffering from a split personality with one half of his face painted in Doink makeup, while the other half is his real face. When Borne Again defeats an opponent, he will dress up that wrestler as his previous “Doink The Clown” persona.
