The Battlebowl
The winners of the tag matches advance:

It’s a 16-man battle royal to start. As Bobby “The Brain” Heenan says, “Not a lot to call here, you just watch ‘em fight.”

Ready!

Wild, luck-of-the draw tag team matches…

Set!

Winners advance where it’s every man for himself…

Battlebowl!

Only one man can win.

Steve Keirn is the first guy eliminated by Vader. The Patriot goes next after Steven Regal ducked a charge. Johnny B. Badd gets thrown over the top rope. Scott Norton gets rid of Bobby Eaton. Jim Duggan tries to eliminate Vader, but it doesn’t happen though. Instead Vader gets rid of Jim Duggan, as One Man Gang eliminates Maxx Payne. Right after that, Scott Norton clotheslines One Man Gang to the floor. Then Vader come right up behind Norton and toss him out. Lots of brawling follows without any eliminations for a while, until Steven Regal sends Brian Pillman over the ropes. Sting backdrops One Man Gang and dumps him out. Ricky Steamboat comes up behind Steven Regal and tosses him out too. Meanwhile on the other side of the ring, Dustin Rhodes backdrops The Great Muta over the top. Next, Vader comes up behind Dustin Rhodes to dump him out.

Final Four

Sting, Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat and Vader. While Steamboat and Flair have a technical wrestling match, Sting avoids a corner splash from Vader. Sting tries a Suplex, but of course its reversed. Right after the Suplex, Vader drops an elbow in between Sting’s legs. Meanwhile, Steamboat and Flair are chopping one another. Sting starts beating the crap out of Vader. Steamboat eats a boot from Flair as he comes off the top and Vader gets Slammed as he comes off the top by the Stinger. The crowd freakin erupts as Sting starts punching the crap out of Vader until he’s cornered and whipped into a Vaderbomb. Sting gets punched around and splashed by Vader, but he sits up on a second attempt. Flair tries to toss out Sting when he turns around to punch at Vader. He can’t get him over, so he sets up Sting for a Pump Splash from Vader instead. Sting avoids an Avalanche and Flair gets nailed instead. Ricky Steamboat tosses Ric Flair out of the ring, but his momentum sends him falling down to the floor so it counts as an elimination. Now it’s just Sting vs. Vader. Sting places Vader up in the corner and tries to kick him out. When that doesn’t work, he charges in with a Stinger Splash. But, Vader moves out of the way and Sting flies out to the floor to give Vader the win.

In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Vader won a Battlebowl in 59:32. The other members of the ‘final four’ were Sting, Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat, with Sting being the final elimination. Vader got the most eliminations over the course of the match. Vader wins the WCW Battlebowl title.

“The only man to hold versions of the World Title on four Continents, making him the closest thing professional wrestling has ever had to a true world champion.”

Vader asks Diamond Girl who the man is, with a clearly nervous Diamond Girl saying that it is Vader…

Vader threw around the barriers in anger…

“Who’s the man?”

“Who’s the man?”

“Who’s the man?”

“It’s Vader!”

“Vader is the man!”

“I rule the WCW and no one can stop me!”
